FedNor Report Released

An analysis says FedNor is slow to approve projects in Northern Ontario and doesn’t measure its effectiveness.
The study by a consultant in Winnipeg says it takes an average of six months to get approval for a project.
The Industry Canada program has spent at least $150-million
in the region since 2006.
