Feds Looking At Future Of Watershed

The federal government says it’s committed to protecting the Rainy River-Lake of the Woods watershed.
Kenora MP Greg Rickford says they are in talks with the province of Manitoba, province of Ontario and the U.S. government about future plans for the watershed.
Rickford says consultations are now wrapping up.
He notes the government wants to ensure the protection of the watershed and water quality for future generations.
