Fibratech Mill in Atikokan In Receivership

Another blow to the Town of Atikokan.
Fibratech has gone into receivership and is now in the hands of
creditors.
The plant closed its doors last month and Manager Dan Warren says he was
unable to secure enough financing to restart the mill and the operation is
now bankrupt.
However, Warren says he’s still working on securing capital for a
potential re-start.
Fibratech employees 140-people.
