College students will be getting some cash back because of the five week long faculty strike.
Each student will receive up to $500 to be applied to unexpected costs like child care fees, rent or rebooked tickets because of changes to the semester.
Students currently receiving funds through the Ontario Student Assistance program will also receive additional aid.
And it has been announced that students who decide to withdraw from college will receive a full tuition refund.
