Fire at Dryden Pedestrian Overpass

An 18-year-old Dryden man faces charges following a fire at the pedestrian overpass.
City Police were called to the south end of the overpass last Friday night.
Officers noticed that the vestibule was full of smoke and found a hat on fire.
Nicholas Pitchense has been charged with arson and breaching the conditions of an undertaking.
