The City of Dryden is now under a total fire ban.
Dryden Fire Service issued the fire ban Monday at 6 pm after hot, dry conditions sparked a number of fires in the region over the weekend.
The fire ban includes all outside burning, including brush/grass fires, backyard fire pits or cook stoves that use solid fuels.
The City of Dryden will remain under a fire ban until conditions improve.
