Sioux Lookout has lifted a Municipal fire ban.
Recent rainfall and cooler temperatures have reduced the risk of wildfires.
Fire Chief Rob Favot still urges caution when burning brush and grass as well as using incinerators and burning barrels.
Favot adds never leave a campfire unattended.
He suggests a fire ban will likely be issued at some point again this Summer and that fines can reach $155 on top of the cost of putting out the blaze.
