Fire Crews Remain Busy In Northwestern Ontario

Multiple forest fires are sparking on a daily basis across the region.

Most of the fires are lightning caused and are burning in the Far North and in the Nipigon District.

There were ten confirmed fires reported by Tuesday afternoon.

There are 150-active fires burning in northwestern Ontario.

The Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry says none of the fires are threatening communities or property.
