Fire Destroys Large Garage

The cause of a large fire near Highway 601 and Marion’s Trailer Park is under investigation.
Oxdrift Fire, with mutual aid from Dryden, responded to the fire shortly after 7 o’clock Saturday night.
A large garage was completely engulfed in flames and burned to the ground.
No one was injured.
Highway 601 was closed for roughly 1-hour as crews battled the blaze.
