Fire Hazard Still High To Extreme

The forest fire hazard continues to sit at high to extreme.
Seven new fires sparked yesterday in Northwestern Ontario.
Firerangers and air attack have been busy fighting the fires, especially in the far north.
Clusters of fires in the Deer lake and Sandy Lake areas remain a cause for concern for fire crews.
This now puts the total number of active fires at 80 in the northwest.
