Fire in Region

A bit of late day activity for MNR fire crews in Dryden Tuesday.
A Lodge owner reported a fire near Perrault Falls just after 5PM which spread quickly towards Dennis Lake due to 30K winds.
4 water bombers & ground crews were dispatched to deal with the flames.
Initial indications were a 25 hectare fire but Information Officer Mitch Miller says mapping will give a better idea on that today.
The Restricted Fire Zone remains in effect across most of NWO.
