The Dryden Power Toboggan Club is working hard to keep organized snowmobiling alive in Kenora.
The program is on shakey ground after a failed membership drive.
Dryden Vice-President Pat Oliphant says the uncertainty affects the Regional economy.
He says it is critical to keep that program alive because the groomed trails attract riders from Manitoba and the United States.
Locally, the Club is expecting another big season!
Oliphant says they are hoping to attract over 500 riders and a new headquarters on Scott Street will house the groomers and machines.
