Fire Rangers heading to B.C.

Its been pretty quiet on the forest fire front in northwestern Ontario, but fire crews are keeping busy.

Fire Information officer, Travis Moffatt says they are sending a number of fire rangers out west, where the fire situation is starting to heat up.

Moffatt adds that there were three new forest fires in northwestern Ontario over the weekend.

Two were in the Fort Frances District and the other north of Kenora.
