The Ministry of Natural Resources says its having a difficult time responding to all the new forest fires popping up across the region.
At last count, there have been more than 400 wild fires over the last three days, including over 100 yesterday.
Fire information officer Debbie McLean, says they have been able to get four water bombers and 17 fire crews from Quebec, but fire fighting resources are tight right across Canada right now.

McLean adds that despite the restricted fire zone, they are still getting reports of people starting campfires
and doing burning and charges have been laid.
