The Ministry of Natural Resources has made some headway on a 400
hectare fire burning southwest of Vermilion Bay.
Crews have spent the day working on controlling the blaze and keeping
it away from a trappers camp.
Information Officer Travis Moffatt says its one of 149-fires
currently burning in the Northwest and notes they need help.
