The fire hazard in the west region is currently low, and
crews have been busying themselves by conducting pump and
hover exit training exercises.
MNR Information Officer Travis Moffit says they also have
been working on a blaze in the Nippigon area.

Five west region crews that were sent to Quebec earlier
in the month, returned to Dryden yesterday.
Mmoffat adds a 10 person incident management team is also
expected back soon.
