Firefighters Receive Awards

Some of the Region’s best have been honored by the Province.
8 long time serving firefighters have received an award from Monte Kwinter, the Minister Responsible for Community Safety.
Dryden’s Keith Apland, Mike Berrey, John Kitt, Ken Kurz and John Popien were recognized for 25 to 35 years of service.
Gord Kadolph and Jim Johnson of Atikokan and Dennis Leney of Sioux Lookout were also honored.
