The Dryden Police Service has laid its first charge under the new drinking and driving regulation.
Officers stopped a vehicle and found that the driver had a blood alcohol limit of between .05 and .08 milligrams.
Police seized the license of the 30-year-old woman and she was suspended from driving for 3 days.
