Norm Bush is calling it a very positive meeting.
Bush represents a group of concerned business leaders and they met with Dryden Mayor Craig Nuttall and two other councilors Tuesday.
Bush says they got a lot of things off their chest such as the various resources both sides have to get the town back on its feet.
Bush notes there are people in town that are prepared to “roll their sleeves up” and assist staff and Council.
Bush says he’s expecting the Mayor will make a recommendation on how they can move forward at the next council meeting.
The meeting was sparked by a closed door session in June on the current tax situation and what can be done to turn things around.
The actual group was formed at a special council meeting on July 31st.
