First Nation Chief Killed in Crash

The Chief of the Sabaskong First Nation, near Sioux Narrows has been identified as the person killed in a fatal crash Tuesday night on Highway 17 near Clearwater Bay.
61-year-old Robert Kelly was the lone person in an eastbound vehicle that crossed into the path of a westbound transport.
The OPP say they don’t know why Kelly’s car crossed into the path of the oncoming semi.
Police say the driver of the transport was unable to avoid the collision.
