Sachigo Lake First Nation made a significant contribution to Sioux Lookout’s Meno Ya Win Health Centre CT Scanner Project.
On Friday, Sachigo Lake Chief Titus Tait presented the fund raising committee with a check for 50 thousand dollars.
Chief Tait commented that the new CT Scnwill mean Northern people will receive local diagnosis and treatment for medical conditions that now go undiagnosed or require challenging travel.
