Governor General Michaelle Jean and Lieutenant-Governor of Ontario
James Bartleman will visit 2-remote Northern communities Tuesday.
The two will stop in Wunnumin Lake and Osnaburgh First Nations.
Kenora MP Roger Valley will also be on the trip and says its a great
chance to showcase the area.
Jean and Bartleman will promote literacy education in aboriginal
communities and will also tour schools, health centres and daycares.
Meantime, Roger Valley is urging the Federal Government to help a Northern Ontario First Nation.
He says Fort Hope’s Government-run nursing station has experienced serious flooding and should be replaced.
