The sexual abuse trial of former Anglican minister Ralph Rowe has been
put on hold until July 6th.
The judge in the case is expected to rule on such issues as the
reliability of witnesses and the nature of consent as the trial continues.
Rowe is charged with seven counts of indecent assault and five counts
of sexual assault.
The alleged incidents involve five complainants who claimed they
were abused as boys in the 1970s and ’80s in remote First Nations
communities in Northwestern Ontario.
