A decision is expected Tuesday in the Metis Nation of Ontario court case
against the Provincial Government.
MNO Chair Gary Lapinski says the Province broke its promise to allow
Metis to hunt and fish without being subject to conservation laws.
Lapinski says 12-charges were laid in 2005 against his people.
He feels the courts will side with the Metis Nation of Ontario.
