First Place All Around for Dryden Eagles

Next week’s NORWOSSA Court Sport Finals will be colored ‘Blue and Gold’.
The Dryden Eagles ensured that all 4-teams will be playing for a
championship, after sweeping past the Fort Frances Muskies Thursday at DHS.
The Senior Girls Volleyball team beat the Muskies in straight sets, (25-11, 25-14, 25-9), while the Junior Girls needed 5 to beat Fort Frances. (13-25, 25-19, 25-14, 20-25, 15-10).
Both Volleyball teams finished the season with perfect records.
In Boys Basketball, the Dryden Eagle Senior team knocked off Fort Frances
71-54, while the Junior Boys beat the Muskies 48-33.
The victories clinched first place for all four clubs.
The NORWOSSA Finals will be held Thursday, February 17th in Kenora.
