Fishing Lodge Owner Fined

The manager of a fishing lodge in Northwestern Ontario has been fined over $2,200.
Vincent Armstrong of Atikokan was fined over $1,700 for using Anne Bay Road.
Conservation officers had repeatedly warned Armstrong that he was not permitted to use the restricted access road.
He was also fined for leaving his ATV in a conservation reserve and having an unauthorized licence plate on his vehicle.
