Five Resolutions Passed At KDMA

Municipal Property Assessments, power, and winter road maintenance.
Those were just some of the issues addressed by delegates at the annual Kenora District Municipal Association Conference in Pickle Lake.
Dave Canfield is President of the Northwestern Ontario Municipal Association.
Canfield says the KDMA passed 5-resolutions including ones dealing with road maintenance and mill assessments.
He believes KDMA still has an important role to play in the region.
About 60 delegates attended the three day conference.
Next years KDMA will take place in Ignace.
