A frozen water line is being blamed on flooding at the Ontario Government Building on Highway 17 in Dryden.
Police and Firefighters found water flowing from a ceiling in the West wing of the 3-storey structure last Friday afternoon.
Several rooms filled with water.
Firefighters pulled down a ceiling to shut off the flow of water.
They also made a dike in the corridor to stop the water from moving into other rooms.
