A Florida man is in hot water after a seizure of undeclared guns and ammunition at the Canadian border crossing at Rainy River.
The Canada Border Services Agency says four handguns and ten overcapacity magazines were found when the 54-year-old from Venice was attempting to cross the border on May 21st.
At the time, the man told officers he was bringing his boat to his summer cabin for the season.
He’s now facing several charges under the Customs Act.
