Flyers Earn First SIJHL Win

The Mailman delivered the Sioux Lookout Flyers first SIJHL win.
Brad Mailman scored the tying and winning goals as the Flyers upset the Dryden Ice Dogs 5-4 in overtime Friday evening.
Andrew Lilley and Galen Matyjaka each recorded their first goals of the season, while Will Kinsman added a marker.
Brendan Church, Drew Heinen, Matthew Caulfield and Darren Turner replied for Dryden.
Saturday, the Ice Dogs got some revenge thanks to the line of Tristan Allain, Kevin Tomalty and Garret Nystedt.
Allain scored 3, Tomalty added a goal and 3 assists and Nystedt had a pair of assists as the Dogs downed the Flyers 5-3.
Darren Turner also found the back of the net.
Brad Mailman, Brad Bienvenu and Shane Kakegamic replied for Sioux Lookout.
