The Sioux Lookout Flyers are still alive in their SIJHL Quarter-Final thanks to Jacob Brown.
Brown scored the winner midway through the first overtime in a 2-1 victory over the Thunder Bay North Stars in Sioux Lookout Thursday night.
Chase Dobranski gave Sioux Lookout a 1-0 lead in the third period, when the Stars Dan Usiski sent the game into extra time with 10-seconds left to play.
Jesse Wilkins was outstanding, making 38-saves for the win.
Thunder Bay leads the Best-of-7 Series 3-1.
Game 5 is Saturday night in Thunder Bay.
In the other playoff game, the Wisconsin Wilderness beat the Fort Frances Lakers 4-3 in a back and forth affair.
James Kline scored the winner with under 3 minutes to play in regulation.
The top seed Wilderness won the first two game mini series 6-3 aand lead the Lakers by 1 goal heading into Friday night’s final game.
