Forest Fire Fight Continues

It’s all-out war in Northwestern Ontario as water bombers, attack helicopters and ground crews battle 96 raging wildfires.
The fires have burnt an area of about 254,000 hectares.
Smoky conditions from the fires have prompted a number of evacuations including recent ones in Cat Lake, Kee-Way-Win and Fort Hope First Nations.
Evacuations are also planned for residents of North Spirit Lake and Sandy Lake today. (Monday)
Smoke is the major issue and satellite images show smoke in Manitoba and directly eastward to Quebec and as far away as New Brunswick.
A restricted fire zone remains in effect.
