Forest Fire Hazard Expected To Rise

Sunny weather forecast for the rest of the week could see the fire hazard rise across the region.
Ministry of Natural Resources Information Officer Debbie MacLean says they are also tracking storm systems that could spark a blaze.
MacLean says they are anticipating new lightning caused fires.
She says they are ready to act at any time and have the personnel in place.
MacLean is also reminding the public to ensure all fires are put out properly.
