The Fort Frances Lakers open the Dudley-Hewitt Cup Tuesday night against the host Kirkland Lake Goldminers.
Coach Wayne Strachan says the team will have to perform at their peak.
Strachan says he’s not making any line-up changes, noting moves made against Dryden GM paid-off.
The Lakers reached the final last year before bowing to the Soo Thunderbirds.
The Thunderbirds open the tournament this afternoon against Trenton.
