Fort Frances Water Deal

Fort Frances is looking into a water project with Minnesota.
Town Council has given the go-ahead to explore a water line with International Falls.
However, Fort Frances Official Mark McCaig believes a lot of regulatory issues to be ironed out before the project gets off the ground.
