Toni Sombrutski

In loving memory of Toni Sombrutski, who passed away Monday, November 15, 2004 at the Lake of the Woods District Hospital. Toni Sombrutski is survived by his wife Hildegard, his sons Bert and wife Elaine, and Fred and wife Linda, four grandchildren Christine Gelevan, Matthew, Paul and Tessa Sombrutski, and two great-grandchildren Sarah and Rebecca Gelevan. A Masonic Memorial Service will be held Thursday, November 18th at 7:00 p.m. in the Stevens Funeral Homes ‘Moffat Chapel” In lieu of flowers, donations to the Lake of the Woods District Hospital Foundation Dialysis Unit may be made through the Stevens Funeral Homes “Moffat Chapel” P.O. box 412, Dryden, Ontario.
