Provincial Police say charges are being laid in connection to a fatal crash on Highway 11 in Fort Frances.
Around 11:30 Saturday morning an eastbound vehicle collided with a westbound car.
A 95-year-old passenger in the eastbound car was taken to hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
She has been identified as Jane McLeod of Fort Frances.
Police say the driver of the vehicle McLeod was riding in has been charged.
The highway was closed for about 10 hours to allow officers to carry out their investigation.
