Foundation Halfway To $6-Million Goal

Northerners continue to rally around the fight against cancer.
The Northern Cancer Fund of the Thunder Bay Regional Sciences Foundation launched the $6-million ‘Exceptional Cancer Care Campaign on October 10th and Foundation President Glenn Craig says the response has been overwhelming.
Craig says over $3-million has already been raised.
Craig notes this will ensure that everyone has exceptional cancer care across northwestern Ontario.
The money will be used to support cancer programs across the region.
Craig says cancer has touched so many people and the public knows that the regional cancer program is second to none.
