Frank Forbes

In loving memory of Frank Forbes, age 62 of Sioux Lookout, who passed away on August 1, 2005 in Thunder Bay. Frank Forbes is survived by his loving wife Gail, his 2 sons Steven (Angela), and Robert (Teri). Frank Forbes is also survived by 3 grandchildren Alexa, Joshua and Benjamin and his 2 sisters Lucille and Winnie. There will be no visitation as cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service for the late Frank Forbes will be held at the Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church on Tuesday, August 9th at 11:30 a.m. in Sioux Lookout, with Father Mike Mahoney officiating. Interment of ashes will be held at a later date. If friends so desire, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart & Stroke Fund through the Sioux Lookout Funeral Home, P.O.
