There may be a time in the future when passports will be needed to cross the borders between Fort Frances and the Falls, Warroad to Manitoba, and Rainy River to Baudette.
A listening session will be held In International Falls on Saturday to discuss the issue with Senator Norm Coleman in attendance.
As well, Anne Barrett of the U.S. department of state will be on hand for the event which is set for 3:50 p.m. at the Rainy River Community College.
Similar meetings will be held earlier Saturday in Warroad and Baudette, Minnesota.
