Several Northwestern Ontario elementary schools are
receiving failing marks from the Fraser Institute.
The outcomes are based on standardized test results from
the Education, Quality and Accountability Office.
Director of School Performance Studies Peter Cowley has
this advice for separate and public school boards.

In Kenora the highest marks were given to the Catholic
Schools, St. Louis and Ste. Marguerite Bourgeois with
scores of 8.4 and 7.3 out of 10.
Valleyview School scored 7.2, while Evergreen, King
George, Lakewood and Our Lady of the Valley received less
than stellar marks.
