A lengthy investigation into a reported fraudulent scam operation has resulted in charges against 2-people.
Dryden Police executed a search warrant on a local home Monday and recovered thousands of dollars worth of household goods that had been purchased from the Shopping Channel with a fraudulent credit card.
Police say 31-year-old Stephanie Adams and 32-year-old Christopher Aldridge have both been charged with obtaining credit by fraud, forgery, possession of stolen property obtained by crime over $5,000, impersonation and possession of stolen property under $5,000.
Both will appear in court January 12th.
