Full Field For Sioux Lookout Election

There is plenty of interest in the upcoming municipal election in Sioux Lookout.
Two are in the mix right now for Mayor including incumbent Dennis Leney as well as Doug Lawrance.
It’s shaping up to be quite the race for 5-council seats.
Nine are in the running, including the 5-current Councillors.
They include Jason Bailey, John Bath, Steven Forbes, Yolaine Kirlew, Lorena Maki, Sandra Quinn, Cal Southall, Doug Squires and Joyce Timpson.
The deadline to file nomination papers is Friday.
