Confederation College is receiving $450,000 to enhance
its apprenticeship programs in the Region.
The funding will go towards expanding and modernizing shops and labs
and also enable the College to form partnerships.
Vice-President Reg Jones says the program has been well received
across the Northwest.
The course includes training for general carpenters, automotive
service, heavy duty equipment and truck and coach technicians.
