Fundraiser A Huge Success

We now know how much money was raised at a recent fundraiser for Vermilion Bay’s Scott McEwan.
McEwan lost his handicapped accessible van in a fire and friends led the charge to secure funds for a new vehicle.
Roughly $29,326.55 was raised at the event hosted by the Vermilion Bay Lions, Vermilion Bay Kinsmen and Vermilion Bay Kinettes.
Organizers say more than 130-sponsors took part in the event.
