Fundraisers for Area Youth

What a weekend for area kids as a number of fundraisers have been
launched.
The first event was held Friday as Canada Safeway raised funds for
new playground equipment at Pronger Park.
Saturday, Bill McKinstry and 4 of his friends will travel 1,000-km on their motorbikes to raise money for Kinsmen Park playground
equipment.
CKDR will be following McKinstry all the way and will be collecting
your pledges.
Also on the go Saturday, the Bank of Montreal is hosting a Family Fun Day
starting at 11 o’clock with all proceeds going to the Skateboard Park.
