The future of curling will be in the spotlight Wednesday night as the Dryden
District Curling Club meets at Eagles Landing.
The meeting agenda includes the formation of the new club, approval of
the rental agreement with Eagles Landing management, ice upgrades and the
election of the executive.
Club Spokesperson Bryan Meadows says its important that at least
1-member from each team comes out to register as the future of curling
depends on sufficient support by the community.
Meadows adds depending on that support, a condensed curling season
will start January 3rd.
The meeting starts at 7 o’clock.
