George “Bud” Hicks

In loving memory of George “Bud” Hicks, age 82 years, who passed away Saturday, January 24, 2004 following a brief illness. George “Bud” Hicks is survived by his children; Georgena Thompson, Heather Wilson and Ken Hicks, all of Dryden, by 14 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and his sister Eileen Hauta. A memorial funeral service for George “Bud” Hicks will be held Wednesday, January 28th at 2:00 p.m. in the Stevens Funeral Homes “Moffat Chapel” with Rev. Pat Cleghorn officiating. Branch #63 of the Royal Canadian Legion will conduct a Veteran’s Memorial Service. Interment of ashes will take place in the Dryden Cemetery at a later date.
