It’s a couple of days late, but March is definitely coming in like a lion.
Bill Laidlaw of Signal Weather Services says an Alberta Clipper will hit Saturday afternoon, with very fluffy snow.
To make matters worse, Laidlaw says a Colorado Low will follow on Monday.
Laidlaw says right now we can expect 15-centimetres of heavy, wet snow when all is said and done.
He is urging caution on area roads, noting the Red Lake district should be spared from the second system.
