Two Kenora youth are facing animal cruelty charges in connection to a video that has been circulating.
Back in late March, the Provincial Police received information of a video showing a male suspect killing a cat, while a girl recorded the incident.
Police have been able to identify the youth as a 14-year-old female and a 13-year-old boy.
The girl was arrested on April 6th, while the boy was finally picked up on Tuesday.
